How much pleasure do you feel for yourself?
Self love hacks and secrets.
The last few months I’ve fallen in love with myself to an extend I’ve never experienced before.
Partially because I’m so freaking proud of how far I’ve come, managing so many brutal and massive changes in my life. But also because I generally created a life that I’m utterly in love with.
I’ve upped my game in boundaries and standards and had a whole new awakening of what I’m deserving of. In my business, but even more in life in general and very much in my romantic relationships.
And so standing up for myself, making courageous decisions because I deserve better, and just generally becoming a person who’s so in integrity, lives in her authenticity, has a massive heart, allows herself to go for her dreams and desires, is an incredible friends, cares for her family and community… had me become someone I’m hugely inspired by, proud of, and… turned on by.
I move my body, take care of my health and needs, feel liberated around my sexuality, and that leaves me radiant, glowing, and magnetic.
So when we talk about pleasure, no matter in the area of business, sex, or relationships - like anything and everything, it always starts with us first.
When we live out of alignment with our core essence, needs and values, it’s simply impossible to feel pleasure for ourselves. And with that comes the lack of self love and self respect.
I want to burst the bubble of pleasure only having to be related to sex. Yes, of course, sex is a big part of pleasure, but pleasure is so much more than just that.
It’s the baseline of what I expect my life to be: pleasurable in all different areas.
Pleasure describes a feeling, that so far we mostly only know from being sexual. But I say everything we experience in life gets to have us feel pleasure towards it.
Whether that’s our business, how we sell, our products and services, how we feel towards money etc.
Now the big question is, how do we get there?
By allowing our deepest and darkest desires to surface. So we can own and embrace them, rather then feeling guilty and ashamed of them, and with that, pushing them away. Never to be looked at again.
Which, if you’re anything like me, to own those dreams and desire isn’t as natural to you as it could be.
So it’s about burning down some major beliefs and programming, break apart the prisons we find ourselves in mentally, emotionally, and sexually… in order to become truly liberated and free. Radiant and magnetic.
I just want all of us to live an ecstatic orgasmic life on the daily, independently from sex. Obviously also in this department, but it’s just so much bigger than that.
It’s this understanding of our existence that has us expand our energy, maximize our life force energy, bring the deepest healing, self expression, and with that real change in our own lives and the world.
